The Attorney
Attorney Hilary Hunt practices primarily in the areas of Family Law and Criminal Defense, while working with clients in personal injury on a case-by-case basis.
Guiding a client through the often difficult-to-understand processes of the law with an explanation of each step is what you should expect from your attorney. We aim to provide this to you along with the highest level of customer service.
Hilary graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of Florida and then from law school at the University of Illinois.
She has been practicing law since 2004, first as a prosecutor in St. Lucie County, and then in private practice primarily in Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee and Indian River counties. She generally reserves her practice to the Treasure Coast, but occasionally takes cases in outlying counties.

We encourage clients to text or email issues with the subject line 'emergency' or 'important' to convey the urgency of their message. While Hilary can't respond to every message immediately, she makes it a point to routinely check emails, texts and voicemails and after prioritizing each one, respond as quickly as possible.
